BenQ W1000 DLP Digital Projector
Having been fairly impressed – but not blown away by – BenQ projector new mid-price, W6000, I was not really sure what to expect from the W1000. After all, only 998 pounds is much, much cheaper than the W6000, and as such has probably undergone some fairly major performance and feature stripping. First impressions do little to address my concerns. For me the design is too W1000 seek to conceal its essential worldliness, with its textured white cover offset by an unusual squared-off body of the lens and dark gray introduced to the sides and top panel mounted control Manually ending to look rather awkward.

The unit, at least, not particularly large, which makes it very easy to transport to another’s house or put in a closet when not in use – two key characteristics often with relatively casual user more likely to be interested in a projector W1000. The W1000 is stronger on the ground with his bonds, which are headed by a very impressive – for a sub-£ 1k projector DLP – two HDMIs, but supported by a component video input, S-video, composite video input, D Sub -PC port, RS-232 control port, USB input, PC audio in / out, stereo audio input and an IR port cable.
In fact, some of these connections need a little more attention. The USB, for example, is there as an option only controls, you can not use it to read digital photos or movies from USB storage devices. And audio inputs are not just there as a sort of go through the system. To really W1000 has a built-in audio system. If one speaker 3W can never really be called an audio system that is! Obviously, any sound system in a projector that will be seriously flawed, thank you both without doubt the poor quality of her tone, and the fact that its moves, even that of a certain distance from the image he is projecting.
