Flip MinoHD Familiar Flip Clean Design Camcorder

‘Premium’ is not a word we usually associate with the budget pocket cameras, but Flip Video has unveiled a new flagship for its “line of Mino. An upgraded version of “premium” of MinoHD spat out today and even if it seems relatively familiar Flip clean design and internals choice raised a few. On the superficial side, this means choosing a new aluminum shell smooth or custom shell that can be pinched on the site of Flip’s.

Upgraded Flip MinoHD

Regarding the internal, the bullet points are a major strengthening of the 8 GB of internal memory – Handy gave its High Def 720p video shooting powers, somewhat enlarged 2in display and very popular addition, an HDMI port. On the other hand really necessary (in my opinion) image stabilization has been left out, although you will find software upgrades FlipShare which adds an option “Movie Magic” for automatic cutting and editing (how this could possibly go wrong? “). As usual, the simple wizards for Facebook, MySpace and YouTube are still downloading.

So overall not a revolution, but since Flip is charging premium MinoHD the United States only $ 30 more than the original MinoHD ($ 229 to $ 199), it seems a justifiable expenditure – if is a cost-effective upgrade for existing owners MinoHD. [via trustedreviews]
