FON Fonera 2.0n – Web Applications Wi-Fi Internet Router

FON offers the new Fonera 2.0n, a “Web Application WiFi router. The device is the latest router from FON WiFi sharing, supporting 802.11n wireless standard and offers four Ethernet ports and two antennas.Users can use to create 2.0n Fonera FON Spot and earn money every time a non-Fonero it connects.

As a WiFi router Web application, the Fonera does 2.0n download torrent, YouTube Upload while your PC is off, via the web interface. It can also send photos from any USB storage device connected to Picasa, Facebook, Flickr and download files from Megaupload, RapidShare. It does not update Twitter when someone has connected to your FON Spot.

Thank you to the USB port, users can also access an external hard drive wireless. Users can share the greatest number of USB devices as they want simply by adding a USB hub. La Fonera 2.0n can even convert a USB 3G HSDPA or WiFi dongle.La Fonera FON 2.0n is priced at U.S. $ 99 or Euro 79. [via itechnews]
