Freecom XS 3.0 SuperSpeed USB External Hard Drive
Freecom, a Mitsubishi Kagaku Media, announced the Freecom Hard Drive 3.0 XS, which is the first hard drive USB 3.0 external. Using the USB 3.0 SuperSpeed Technology, the XS 3.0 offers up to 130 MB / s transfer rate. (USB 3.0 theoretically offers transfer speeds up to 500 Mb / s)

XS Freecom 3.0 is available in 1TB, 1.5TB and 2TB of storage capacity. The drive is backwards compatible and will work with all USB 2.0 compatible computers and notebooks. The 1TB model starts at 119 euros. [via itechnews]
