LG X130 9 Cell Battery NoteBook

Anyone hoping for LG to make significant changes to the x110 will be disappointed with the x130 which is largely the same. More specifically, it is available in black, white or pink and has a 9-cell battery.

So how can we use a battery-net you 9? Although the 3-cell in the unit used x110 managed two hours five minutes, suggesting the x130 should seek to six hours the life of so many, LG is claiming double that with 12 hours of use cited. Even if such a claim seems unlikely in the real world, video playback is cited seven and a half hours, which is not modest.

In all other respects, however, the x130 is a bit regressive. The 10.1in display is still only offers a 1024 x 600 pixels resolution when rivals are in line with 1366 x 768 a de facto standard. A 1.6GHz Atom, 1GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive are not particularly exceptional, or, if such a set of components is expected when Windows XP is present.Given these characteristics, the ? 789,000 (~ £ 390) asking price may be considered a little steep. However, we will reserve its decision until prices in the United Kingdom is available. [via trustedreviews]
