Plextor PX-B940SA 4MB Buffer 12x Blu-Ray Writer

Plextor has unveiled its new 12x Blu-ray writer for desktops namely PX-B940SA. The player offers a 4MB buffer, a SATA interface connection and provides write speeds of 12x for BD-R DL/SL, 2x for BD-RE, 16x for DVD + R /-R 8x for DVD + RW, 6x for DVD-RW, 8x for DVD + /-R DL, 5x DVD-RAM, 40x for CD-R and 24x for CD-RW.

The Plextor PX-B940SA will be on sale from November 2009. [via techfresh]
