QiGi Smartbook U1000 Mobile Internet Device
QiGi Chinese company will launch its SmartBook U1000 mobile Internet device (MID) running Windows Mobile 6.1 OS. You may consider the U1000 as a PDA with a large 5-inch 16:9 touch screen LCD 480 × 800 pixels.

The device packs a 624MHz processor and a camera. It supports WiFi connectivity. No word yet on availability and pricing. [via itechnews]
