Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W350 Panorama Sweep Digital Camera
Sony announces Cyber-shot DSC-W370, and DSC-W350 digital camera that comes with a CCD image sensor that provides innovative functionality Sweep Panorama. The 14-megapixel W370 and W350 Cyber-shot models can take up to 243 and 268 degree panorama shots, respectively, on one easy press-and-sweep, with the Panorama function Sweep.
The W370 has a long 7x optical zoom and a 3-inch LCD display while the W350 gets a 4x zoom Carl Zeiss wide angle 26mm lens and a 2.7 inch screen. They can roecrd 720p movie and offers SteadyShot optical image stabilization. The W370 has an HDMI output as well.
The sweeping panorama, first introduced in HX1, TX1 and WX1 CMOS camera uses a CCD sensor to capture dramatic panoramic scenes. The W370 and W350 take pictures continuously to capture sweeping landscapes or tall buildings (plan view) in an easy “press and sweep” motion.
A is also announced the DSC-W330 camera 14 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss 4x zoom lens and a 3-inch LCD, the 12-megapixel DSC-W310 with 4x zoom and a 2.7 inch screen, and the 12 megapixels DSC-S2100 with 3x zoom and 3 inch. [via itechnews]
