Sony MDR-DS7100 Wireless Technology 2.4 GHz Headphones

Sony offers the MDR-DS7100 wireless headset that uses wireless technology 2.4 GHz. The new helmet overheads are compatible with Dolby Pro Logic IIx technology Virtualphones offering that provides a virtual 7.1 channels. It has a large 50mm drive noise.

Sony MDR-DS7100 includes a base station for broadcasting signals to a range of about 100 feet. The unit is Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital EX, DTS, DTS-ES, MPEG-2 AAC audio codecs. Sony MDR-DS7100 is available October 21, 2009 for about 18,000 yen. [via itechnews]
