Super Talent 600X MLC CompactFlash Memory Card

Super Talent announced its new 450X, 533X and 600X CompactFlash (CF) memory cards, available in 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB capacities. These cards are CF Type I based on MLC flash memory and flash are consistent with the 4.1 Standard CompactFlash.

The 600X card offers transfer speeds up to 90MB / s which may contain high read / write requirements of premium DSLR cameras. [via itechnews]
