Super Talent DX UltraDrive Toshiba SSD
Super Talent has launched a new series co-branded Toshiba SSD, the DX UltraDrive. Coming in 64GB, 128GB, 256GB and 512GB capacities, the 2.5-inch drives provide a read speed of up to 230MB / s and write speed up to 180 Mb / s. They have also MLC (multi-level cell) chips of NAND Flash Interface SATA 3.0Gb / s and an MTBF of over 1 million hours.

The DX UltraDrive will begin shipping this week for $ 219 (64GB), $ 439 (128GB), $ 719 (256GB) and $ 1,649 (512GB), respectively. [via techfresh]
