ASUS Launches 17-inch Gaming Notebook
ASUS today unveiled the G73JH-X1 Gaming Laptop 17.3 inches on the U.S. market via Newegg. The laptop is powered by a processor i7 720QM Quad Core Intel Core with a 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 Graphics, an 8 GB of DDR3 memory, hard drive 500 GB, a DVD burner, 8 cell battery and Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium OS. The G73JH-X1 has a 17.3 inch (1920 x 1080) display with LED backlight.

Additional specifications include stereo speakers, a 2.0MP webcam, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Ethernet LAN port, the HDMI and VGA outputs, four USB ports and an 8-in-media card reader 1. Weighing 8 lbs, the Asus G73JH-X1 is priced at $ 1429.99. [via techfresh]
Epson PowerLite 450W & PowerLite 460 Ultra Short Digital Projectors
Epson launches two new ultra short throw projectors, the PowerLite 450W Epson PowerLite and 460, which are designed with K-12 Education in mind. The first offers 2500 lumens of white light and the luminous flux and color resolution WXGA 16:10 while the last elements 3000 lumens brightness and XGA resolution.

These projectors can be mounted as close as 2.5 inches from the wall to accommodate smaller classes or meeting rooms, and can easily be used with a standard or an interactive whiteboard, screen or white wall simple. They may be projecting an image 60 inches diagonal with the lens of only 18 inches.
Sanyo PLC-XM150 and PLC-XM100 Display Technology Multimedia Projectors
Sanyo introduces two new portable multimedia projectors, the PLC-and PLC XM150-XM100, two projectors are based on 3LCD display technology and uses a new optical engine with LCD panel inorganic.

Sanyo PLC-PLC-XM150 and XM100 offers 1024 × 768 WXGA resolution, contrast ratio of 1000:1. They are equipped with Active Maintenance Filter (AMF) system to reduce maintenance costs. The XM150 has 6000 ANSI lumens of brightness while the XM100 provides 5,000 ANSI lumens. They have DVI-D (HDCP), D-Sub, Analog RGB, 5 BNC-type, BNC 3-type, RCA and S-video and USB port, Ethernet LAN port and 3.5mm mini jack.
