Teufel Theater LT 6 THX Speakers Wireless Subwoofer
This system uses Teufel’s abandoned LT 7 system as its model, retaining the same front, center and rears, but avoids the rear speakers wireless subwoofer and a digital included in this set much more costly for a under regular wired rears.
The front and rear in question are the 720 EN M, a column of loudspeakers style that stands 1.4m tall and is mounted on a base of dark gray speckled granite. The construction quality of these things is phenomenal, especially through the use of aluminum 4mm thick, giving them the overwhelming strength and stability.
Even if they will stand the test of time and completely justify the expense, we doubt they will be to everyone’s taste aesthetically. The brushed metal finish with screws dotted all along the sides makes them seem a little cold and industrial, without the elegance of wood furniture. But if your living space called a Starker, speaker modern then these certainly own Bill, and the piano gloss black or maple running down the back panel adds a little character. [via trustedreviews]
