Toshiba ZX900 Series Broadband Engine CELL TV

Toshiba will exit the U.S. market series ZX900 CELL TV, which gets the Cell Broadband Engine for enhanced multimedia processing. The ZX900 new features Toshiba’s new Super kira2 Local Dimming LED dislay. It features 1,000 cd/m2 brightness, ClearScan 480Hz Frame Rate and 9 million: 1 dynamic contrast ratio.

Toshiba Z900 CELL TV Sport 3D and TV capability. For native 3D content, cell TV uses a frame sequential system that changes from 240Hz 2D mode, 120 Hz for the right eye and 120Hz for the left eye in 3D mode. TV cell is also an entertainment center at home packing a hard drive of 1TB, Blu-ray and even 802.11n WiFi connectivity and an Ethernet port.

Capabilty thank you to the Internet, the mobile TV application supports TV Net to access content from Netflix, VUDU, CinemaNow Pandora .. etc. The ZX900 is published in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes sreen. [via itechnews]
