TrendNet Small Wireless N Adapter USB
TRENDnet launched the TEW-648UB is a very small USB wireless N. Not much more than a quarter and is capable of transmitting up to 150MB/second making it more of a driving device.

The adapter is easy to install and use one-button setup Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPS) technology. All signals are encrypted if needed too. Other features include Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM) and the quality of service (QoS) which allows you to prioritize traffic easily if necessary. With the wireless N adapter to work at full speed it gives potential 6x and 3x the speed of the reach of wireless G seniors still commonly used. [via gadgetvenue]
